• I/ We will promptly correct any inaccurate or inappropriate information on the website.

2. Service Integrity

• I/ We will supply quality products that are fresh, safe for consumption, have suitable expiry dates, and appropriate packaging.
• I/ We will deliver orders within the specified time frame;
• I/ We will ensure that orders are ready for collection at the scheduled time of pickup;
• I/ We will ensure that fresh fruits, vegetables, and flowers comply with regulations regarding grading, packaging, and labeling.

3. Failure of Supply

• I/ We will replace undelivered orders due to circumstances beyond our control within the timeframe specified by the Buyer;
• I/ We will replace orders with the same quality and quantity, or exchange with another item upon the buyer's request; and
• I/ We will refund the payment made by the buyer within fourteen working days for orders that were not delivered to them.

4. Payment and Charges

• I/ We agree that the administrator of this website may determine the payment methods for orders and sales from time to time;
• I/ We agree that the administrator may notify of charges and commissions, and when agreed upon, may impose such charges and commissions; and
• I/ We agree that LPP may make deductions before disbursing payment for sales to us as a set-off for any fees, commissions, returns, and others if necessary.

5. Commitment

• I/ We will advertise only agricultural products and agricultural-based products;
• I/ We will advertise genuine items and will not violate any laws related to intellectual property rights;
• I/ We will not use the LPP logo or any other party without prior permission;
• I/ We take full responsibility for everything we advertise;
• LPP will not be responsible for any damages or claims made by others affected by our advertisement on this website;
• I/ We hereby indemnify LPP against any claims, allegations, or proceedings related to our advertisements on this website;
• I/ We will comply with all Malaysian laws, especially the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, Electronic Commerce Act 2006, Cybercrime Act 1997, and Digital Signature Act 1997.
• I/ We agree that any dispute arising or related to this website shall be referred to the Dispute Resolution Committee established by LPP.

6. Removal from Website

LPP has the right to remove and block me/our company from accessing this website if there are violations of the Terms and Conditions or if no longer active.
