Return Policy

AgriMarket will happily refund your purchase or replace any products which falls below the high standard you expect. Please return it to the Seller store shown on the receipt for a replacement or refund within 3 days of purchasing

Products could be refunded at the store’s customer service counter that is shown on your receipt within 3 days of the purchase date if below conditions are met:

  • Original receipt is provided
  • Products are still in good condition in original packaging
  • Price tag is not removed (if any)
  • We require state-issued photo identification for returns. If you choose not to provide us with an ID, we will not accept the return. We reserve the right to not give refunds, even if the original receipt is presented.

This policy does not apply to:

  • Frozen and chilled food
  • Fresh Produce
  • Perishable and/or semi-perishable goods
  • Clearance products
  • Bulk items
  • Expired products while they expired in customer’s possession after purchase

Refund Process

Any extra payment made will be reimburse to your payment card/account/e-wallet. Please allow 7-14 working days from goods received date to process your reimbursement. Please note each issuer bank will have different time periods from 7-14 working days to reflect the refunded sum in your bank account/ statement.
